According to eu law and even aliexpress own basic rules, an e-commerce website which established in eu area must give buyer the basic 14 days regret rights to return a wrong shopping!
I bought a wrong goods and never used it, and later chosed ” no longer needed” reason to return it and i expressed clearly that i will pay for the shipping and return shipping.
Buy the seller always rejected my requests and even finally the aliexpress customer service quickly get a final solution within several hours that aliexpress rejected my requests to return it! Completely crazy and unbelievable! Here is eu, not china!! !
